Both girls are doing great. Although they were technically preemies they’ve had no related issues. We are so blessed to have TWO healthy babies!

We’re seeing their eyes a lot more now – afternoons & early evenings seem to be their good hours. Although Mia is a little confused and comes awake after her early morning feeding. Ava likes her 9 p.m. snuggle with Daddy (AKA Daddy's comfy lap solves her fussiness in the evenings)

My grandma, Esther (the girls great-grandma!) came to visit this weekend with my Dad. She was so excited to see them. She got her hair done for the occasion because she knew she'd be in pictures, and she hates having her picture taken. Aren't these great shots? She's not as strong as she use to be, after all she's 88! but she was determined to see them and made it up all of our steps. Mia (right) spent most of the afternoon laying on her lap, content as can be.
